The role

Arta is on an audacious and incredibly rewarding mission: to pave the way for people everywhere to lead more successful financial lives. We are growing our team with an entrepreneurial Relationship Manager who wants to build and own a book of high-net-worth client relationships from the ground up. We value trust, teamwork, and adaptability.

This is a sales-oriented seat for a hunter: someone who can originate new client relationships, convert opportunities, and own the follow-through required to build trust over time. You will join on a fixed-term contract designed as a runway to a permanent role: a defined window to prove you can originate, convert, and grow client relationships on the Arta platform, with a clear path to converting to a full-time seat - and materially greater upside - once you do. If you have built a book before (or want your shot to) and want to build on a platform that gives you better products and far greater reach than a traditional private or priority bank, let's chat.

What you will do
  • Originate, convert, and grow a standalone book of high-net-worth client relationships on the Arta platform

  • Pitch differentiated structured products, alternatives, and cross-asset solutions to clients in a way that is understandable, suitable, and in their best interest

  • Own the full client lifecycle - from first conversation through funding, transacting, and deepening wallet share over time

  • Activate, develop, and manage a pipeline of prospects, working closely with your manager on strategy while operating independently in client-facing situations

  • Represent Arta and its brand to the market with judgement and care

  • Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Product to ensure every client interaction meets Arta's standards

  • Feed the front line back into the platform - what clients want, what's working, and where we can be better

Who you are
  • You are a builder and a closer, motivated by developing long-term client relationships and turning them into meaningful commercial outcomes.

  • You have 2-5 years of experience supporting, advising, or originating client relationships at a private bank, brokerage, EAM, or comparable institution.

  • You are comfortable discussing public market solutions, structured products and private market offerings with sophisticated clients.

  • You are highly commercial, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a high bar for client experience

  • You hold, or can promptly obtain, the relevant MAS qualifications required to act in a client-facing wealth advisory role in Singapore, including CACS.

  • You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy in an early-stage environment, and motivated by a performance-linked path.

  • You are based in Singapore and have the necessary right to work in Singapore for the duration of the contract engagement.

Structure and what we offer
  • A fixed-term contract engagement designed as a pathway to a permanent Relationship Manager role

  • Candidates who successfully convert to a permanent role will be eligible for discretionary performance-based compensation and significantly greater long-term earning potential

  • Differentiated products, modern AI-enabled tooling, and the support of Arta's investment, structuring, and operations teams

  • The opportunity to build - and own - your own book of business within Arta’s fast-growing Singapore team.

Arta determines level and compensation based on factors including interview performance, job-related skills, experience, and relevant qualifications. Final terms, including the structure of the contract period and the permanent conversion package, are discussed directly with candidates during the process.
