About the Role

iCapital is looking for a Relationship Manager to join the International Client Solutions Team specifically covering Asset Managers. This position will support the team in maintaining and developing current relationships and prospecting for new opportunities. In this role, you will support the business development activities of iCapital with a primary focus on Alternative Asset Managers across APAC region. This position will be based in Singapore, reporting to iCapital‘s Head of Client Solutions, Asia Pacific.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Client Solutions, Asia Pacific in developing new and existing relationships with Asset Manager across APAC regions. 
  • Conduct platform and system demonstrations for new prospects, respond to RFPs, collaborate with cross-functional teams on fund launches, closures, and strategic initiatives.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects, navigating complex negotiations through a multi-constituent sales process.
  • Collaborate with other Client Solutions team members to drive initiatives related to sales strategy and business development. 
  • Develop presentations with significant data and analysis for internal and external meetings and projects.
  • Provide feedback on the competitive landscape, investor appetite, and trends, sharing insights with colleagues globally.
  • Build strong internal relationships within iCapital, working closely with teams such as Research & Fund Management, Product Development, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and Technology & Operations to achieve optimal client outcomes and foster long-term relationships.


 

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of solid work experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of alternative fund investments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients.


We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday)
