Relationship Management - Middle Market

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding the unique needs and challenges of each business and developing solutions that meet those needs. You'll need to be proactive, identifying opportunities to grow relationships and increase revenue, while also managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you do
- Manage a portfolio of middle market relationships, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and increase customer satisfaction, through the sale of banking products and services
- Conduct financial analysis and provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of each business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as credit and risk teams, to ensure that customer needs are met while also managing risk
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
 

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance, is desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in business banking or a related field, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- A strong understanding of business banking products and services, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue and increase customer satisfaction
