As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by developing new opportunities and expanding the customer base in ASEAN to exceed revenue targets. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing the sales team, collaborating with department heads to resolve customer issues, and providing reports and presentations to senior management.

Insight on your Impact:
- Identify, develop, and capitalize on sales opportunities from new leads and assigned customer accounts.
- Expand and strengthen the customer base in ASEAN while consistently achieving or exceeding monthly gross profit and revenue targets.
- Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to address and resolve customer issues and requests.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, as assigned by senior management.
Your qualifications, your influence:
- At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the electronic components industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster strong relationships.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to optimize workflow and customer management.

Salary Offer:
