The Regional Sales and Account Manager will design and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve growth targets.
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Establish and maintain client and partner relationships for the purpose of generating maximum revenue from those accounts. This includes identifying high-value leads, key potential partners, develop and deliver sales strategies, maximising customer satisfaction and relationships for converting those connections into productive and profitable results.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $136,500.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Inform and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Managing organisational sales for the Region by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Promoting the organization and products
