Position Summary
As the Regional Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the Monitor business across Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO), translating HQ strategy into regional priorities and market-level action plans that drive sustainable revenue, profitability and market share growth.You will be part of the TV/AV/Monitor Product Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), working closely with Samsung’s HQ in South Korea, country subsidiaries and cross-functional teams across the Regional HQ. The role combines business strategy, performance management, product portfolio and pricing strategy, go-to-market planning and product marketing capability development across markets.
Your primary focus will be the Monitor business, covering Gaming, Office/General Use and Smart Monitors. Depending on business needs and your experience, the scope may also expand over time to include Sound Devices such as Soundbars, Party Audio and Wi-Fi Speakers.
Role and Responsibilities
As part of the TV/AV/Monitor Product Marketing COE, you will own the regional Monitor business across eight markets and report to the TV/AV/Monitor Product Marketing Head.
Regional Business Strategy
- Translate HQ TV/AV/Monitor strategy, product direction and priorities into clear regional strategies and market-level action plans.
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned markets, analyzing market trends, competitors and business performance to identify growth opportunities and gaps by country.
- Develop and drive regional growth initiatives and strategic projects, with clear objectives and measurable business impact.
Business Performance Management
- Analyze regional and market performance across key metrics including sales, market share, profitability and product mix, and provide regular updates to management.
- Review country business plans, identify performance gaps and root causes, and work with local teams to develop and track corrective and recovery actions.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, weeks of supply and aging to identify demand and stock risks early and drive appropriate actions.
Product Portfolio & Pricing Strategy
- Optimize the regional Monitor portfolio and price-band architecture to strengthen market coverage, competitiveness and profitability.
- Consolidate market requirements and provide HQ with regional input on product line-up, specifications, positioning and market needs.
- Define regional pricing and promotional guardrails while allowing appropriate adaptation to local market conditions.
Go-to-Market Planning
- Define regional GTM direction for key product launches, priority growth segments and strategic campaigns, with a particular focus on the Monitor business.
- Review local launch plans, challenge assumptions, provide feedback and track execution across key launch indicators such as sales ramp-up, awareness and in-store/display execution.
- Develop regional promotions and product bundles, and analyze promotional ROI to assess business impact.
- Product Marketing Capability Development
- Identify high-performing market initiatives and global best practices, and develop playbooks and toolkits to scale effective approaches across the region.
- Build common PM tools, templates, dashboards and analytical approaches to improve consistency, efficiency and decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualifications such as an MA or MBA are preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Strategy or a related function within consumer electronics, technology or device businesses.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business objectives into practical plans and measurable actions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, country teams and cross-functional partners.
- Proactive, practical and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and digital tools to improve analysis, reporting and ways of working.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Marketing experience in the Monitor business, particularly Gaming Monitors, is highly preferred.
- Regional or subsidiary Product Marketing experience within Consumer Electronics, particularly across SEAO markets.
