The Regional Partner Director, Asia leads monday.com's partner and channel business across South East Asia, South Asia, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for building and executing the regional partner strategy, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, and developing a high-performing team of Partner Managers across the region.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial accountability and strategic ecosystem development. You will own the regional partner revenue target, define how we go to market through and with partners, and represent the channel business as a key voice in regional leadership discussions.
About The Role
Own the Asia (excluding Japan) channel partner strategy, translating global partner priorities into a regionally relevant go-to-market plan across resellers, referral partners, system integrators, and technology partners
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR targets for the region, with full accountability for quarterly and annual regional results
Define the partner mix and coverage model required to achieve regional growth objectives, including decisions on partner tiering, investment, and prioritisation
Identify and develop strategic alliances with high-growth partners across the region, building relationships at senior and executive levels within partner organisations
Represent the channel business in regional leadership forums and provide input to global partner strategy based on regional market signals
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Managers across multiple markets, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and building a high-performance culture
Develop career growth pathways for the team and support succession planning within the partner function
Build the operational rhythm for the team: pipeline reviews, QBRs, forecast cadences, and performance management
Work closely with the global Partner team, regional Sales leadership, and Marketing to ensure channel motions are integrated with direct sales efforts and demand generation programs
Requirements
Significant experience in channel or partner leadership roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI environment, including at least 5 years leading regional teams
Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple Asian markets, with demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced revenue
Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and managing forecasts through indirect channels
Deep understanding of the Asia partner landscape, including the diversity of market dynamics across SEA, Korea, and Greater China
Excellent executive presence and the ability to build credibility and trust with C-level stakeholders at partner organisations and internally
Track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams in a matrixed, fast-moving environment
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, especially in markets that require building from the ground up
Experience navigating cross-cultural complexity and adapting leadership style to different regional contexts
