NVIDIA is seeking an experienced OEM Enterprise Sales Manager with a proven track record of winning and leading a sophisticated eco-system in the regional OEM landscape. This full-time position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA executive management, Alliances & OEM team, channel team, marketing, solution architects to drive revenue for the company. A solid understanding and business experience in the overall OEM enablement in different GTM aspects including Sales, Pre-sales and OEM channel teams. You should have the ability to demonstrate the experience and industry credibility working also at the “C” level in the areas of responsibility for this key role. This position will be based in Singapore.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring partners are aligned with key NVIDIA OEM programs and bring to bear the programs where sales would grow.

  • Align with NVIDIA’s Global OEM Channel leaders to develop and execute channel sales plans for developing business and achieve the company’s sales goals.

  • You will craft enablement strategies in conjunction with the OEM sales and channel teams aligned with NVIDIA’s Global GTM sales motions.

  • Create and implement the strategy around overall OEM incentives and payment mechanisms.

  • Build a robust opportunity pipeline and establish long-term business relationships and strategic relevance with selected high-revenue OEM partners.

  • Collaborate with OEM & NVIDIA marketing teams to help complete effective channel marketing programs.

  • Write documentation related to programs based on business needs.

  • Act as a liaison between the OEM channel and NVIDIA teams.

  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop helpful relationships.

What we need to see:

  • 10+ years of proven sales and channel experience in selling major Enterprise OEM’s silicon, board, or system solutions.

  • Proven knowledge of server, networking, and software industry trends and technologies.

  • Proven track record to build and implement strategic sales channel plans.

  • Daring and diligent in reaching sales objectives by using cross-functional teams and partners.

  • You should have the ability to influence senior executives at key OEM Partners.

  • Self-starter with ability to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Upbeat and positive personality that thrives in a growing team and Multifaceted work environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
