Job Description
As a critical member of the Zendesk Asia Marketing team, you will report into the Group Manager, Regional Marketing, Asia and work closely with your marketing peers, business development and front line sales managers to deliver programs that meet and exceed customer engagement and pipeline targets.
Key responsibilities:

Work with the Group Manager, Regional Marketing, Asia to successfully develop and execute a program of activities that will generate demand and meet KPIs

Forecast, measure, track, and communicate the lead, pipeline and revenue impact of your programs

Forecast investment and diligently manage budgets for your programs

Enable GTM teams on your programs to maximise success

Partner effectively with APAC marketing campaigns, performance marketing and communications teams on programs run in Asia
What you bring to the role:

You are an effective verbal and written communicator who has a deep understanding of the broad spectrum of Asia cultures and market needs

You bring 7+ years of experience in marketing or business development in a high-growth B2B SaaS business
