The Regional Marketing Manager will drive financial targets and lead brand management, focusing on consumer insights, digital marketing strategy, and collaboration with stakeholders to optimize brand performance across the AMENA region.

Position Objective
- Deliver financial targets- net sales target, EBITA and SOM targets for the assigned brand/s across the AMENA region.
- Support the development and execution of brand plans to meet the growth and financial targets for the signed portfolio.
- Ensure a consumer-centric mindset is at the forefront of all brand activity, with the identification and development of compelling consumer insights.
- Partner with markets to help deliver optimal marketing ROI on A&P investments and resources and oversee the development of regional assets for multi-market adoption. Ensure all brand activations are executed and managed in compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies. Support agency briefings and comms presentations as required by markets.
- Lead the regional digital marketing strategy, execution and evaluation with the intent to optimize brand assets.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools across Marketing workflows -from content creation and trend analysis to performance optimization and reporting.
- Leverage appropriate platform analytics to evaluate and validate digital marketing performance.
- Partner with cross-functional groups to ensure that there is consistency of professional business strategies and regulatory compliance of all advertising and promotional materials.
- Lead, direct and control marketing policies, programs and activities ensuring that they comply with marketing codes, regulations and standards to protect the company’s reputation.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Identify and evaluate portfolio gaps and comply with the iGate process requirements. This includes supporting the innovation milestones, launch evaluation and analysis of global/regional NPD initiatives. Develop launch strategies as appropriate.
- Develop HCP Marketing plans that drive brand superiority by partnering with Medical Affairs and market HCP teams.
- Lead best practice learnings and training programs to improve in-market digital and eCommerce capabilities.
- In collaboration with Commercial Excellence, drive optimal revenue growth management (RGM) through the alignment of pricing guidelines and a clear portfolio strategy.
Position Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- A strong consumer centric mindset, preferably with 10+ years of proven success in brand management and development preferably from the Consumer Health Industries with at least 5+ years in a regional or multi-market role
- Hands on experience in managing OTC brands particularly in URT category is strongly preferred.
- Strong brand advertising and promotion experience, specifically in Digital marketing and eCommerce strategy, execution and evaluation.
- Experienced in developing and managing HCP-related programs.
- A strategic thinker with financial acumen who is able to contribute effectively to brand planning and
- Able to collaborate and work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills to support the identification and development of growth opportunities and optimization of brand strategies
