The Regional Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies across Amanpuri, Amansara, and Amantaka. Reporting to the Regional Director of Marketing & Communications (Marcoms Director), this role is instrumental in ensuring alignment with Aman’s global brand strategy while managing day-to-day communications, social media, content creation, media relations, and on-property marketing efforts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Public Relations & Media Coordination: Act as a key liaison for press enquiries, media visits, influencer stays, and post-stay media follow-up.
KOL & Influencer Management: Build and manage relationships with Thai-based and regional KOLs, ensuring alignment with Aman’s brand standards.
Social Media Management: Lead content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LINE, and other channels.
Content Creation & Storytelling: Support the development of engaging stories, campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and property-related content.
Marketing Collateral & Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital and printed materials are accurate, updated, and aligned with Aman’s brand guidelines.
Creative & Supplier Coordination: Manage on-property design materials and liaise with local suppliers, designers, photographers, translators, and creative partners.
Reporting & Cross-Property Support: Support monthly/quarterly marketing reports, campaign analysis, guest activation, and projects across Amanpuri, Amansara, and Amantaka.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience in Marketing Communications, PR, Social Media, or Luxury Hospitality is preferred.
Strong English communication and writing skills; Thai language is an advantage.
Good knowledge of social media, content planning, and digital marketing trends.
Creative, detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work with internal teams, media, KOLs, and suppliers.
