The Regional Verticals Sales Manager shall support the APAC Vertical Leads and drive sales activities with a specific focus on the South East Asia Market.  Identifying new client leads and opportunities as well as diagnosing and resolving client pain points and developing winning and profitable solutions.  As part of the Regional Verticals Sales Team you will work closely with the APAC Vertical leaders as regularly partner with Marketing, Research and Geographic business leaders. 

You will focus on the develop of the Data Centre, Education, Retail & Hotels Sectors within South East Asia and demonstrate strong technical knowledge of each industry.

You will work with the Vertical leads to develop sales plans, go to market strategies and support in their implementation. Using partnerships and JLL’s product platforms to create sales strategies that include a comprehensive understanding of competitive positioning, products, and solutions to provide differentiation from competitors and drive revenue growth.

The role is responsible for achieving high quality sales outcomes that contribute to a profitable Region by driving revenue growth within the key verticals in SEA.
