Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

System Management

  • Address system challenges, including resolving difficulties faced by end users
  • Collaborate closely with HR leads to align Workday and internal systems with evolving employee needs
  • Maintain and improve HR data systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance through enhancements, proactive troubleshooting, and comprehensive account reviews
  • Lead collaboration efforts with internal People functions and ensure system compliance

Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality and integrity across HR systems, enhancing the accuracy and usefulness of reports and analytics
  • Implement data management best practices to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual data manipulation
  • Leverage analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for HR process improvements
  • Implement/maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline laborious processes, significantly reducing manual effort
  • Spearhead projects aimed at enhancing user experience and leveraging data analytics, such as implementing employee engagement tools
  • Generate periodic and special analysis reports based on HR data analysis results. Provide high-quality data analysis support to business departments through sharing or regular meetings.
  • Leverage analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for HR process improvements

Data Maintenance and Integrity

  • Create and manage system data documentation for the region and improve data quality and standardization across HR systems.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality and integrity across HR systems, enhancing the accuracy and usefulness of reports and analytics
  • Implement data management best practices to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual data manipulation

Skills and Qualifications

  • Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience in HRIS & Data management.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to details
  • Strong sense of responsibility and urgency to handle confidential information and tasks in a timely manner
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
  • Must have: Strong proficiency on Excel (Knowledge of Macro is a plus)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/ Power BI
  • Experience with Workday is an advantage
