We’re hiring a Regional HR Manager to lead and evolve our people strategy across multiple countries. You'll help shape high-performing, inclusive, and digitally-enabled workplaces by partnering with leaders and enabling our local HR teams. This is not traditional HR. It’s strategic, regional, and transformative.
What You'll Do
- Partner with country GMs and senior leadership to shape and localize people strategy
- Act as a coach to managers on team health, development, and performance
- Champion our culture across borders and lead cross-regional engagement programs
- Guide HR Specialists in-country on consistent, compliant practices
- Use data and insights to drive retention, workforce planning, and DEI initiatives
- Support onboarding, performance, and succession programs across offices
- Integrate tech-enabled tools like Athena HR, our AI assistant for employee support
- Keep pace with employment regulations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & new markets
What You Bring
- 7–12 years of HR experience, including regional/multi-country scope
- Strong background in tech, consulting, or fast-growing environments
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach with strategic vision
- Coaching mindset and a passion for building culture
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in a scaling company
- Familiarity with HR tech tools, employee self-service, and data-driven decisions
