Job Description

As the Regional Head of E-Commerce APAC, you are responsible for the sales performance, customer experience, and the overall profitability of a regional COS online store. ​In this role, you lead the E-Commerce Team to ensure the region runs in the most efficient way. You conduct the strategic planning and all operational as well as commercial activities.

The Regional Head of E-Commerce APAC reports to the Managing Director APAC in Singapore.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute the digital sales strategy for the APAC region, aligned with COS's overall goals and brand vision.
  • Lead and develop the Regional E-Commerce Team, guiding recruitment, performance management, and career growth while fostering a people-first culture.
  • Work closely with Regional Management, Global E-Commerce, Marketing, IT, and Merchandising teams to align strategies, share feedback, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze sales data and performance, implementing strategies for growth and optimizing the online customer experience.
  • Enhance the online shopping experience, focusing on customer retention and improving site functionality, garment rotation, and overall visibility.
  • Manage the online channel budget and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Drive operational improvements, adopting new technologies and practices to maintain competitiveness in the APAC market.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven leadership in e-commerce, preferably within fashion or retail, with experience in the APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic) and local APAC platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set strategic goals, and drive execution.
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities, with experience working across teams.
  • Passion for digital sales, fashion, and constant improvement.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the APAC region.
