Regional Finance Manager

Integrated Facilities Management

The Regional Finance Manager oversees financial operations across Australia, Singapore, and North Asia, providing leadership in accounts payable/receivable management while ensuring compliance with corporate KPIs. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budget preparation, and forecast analysis, maintaining variance control of ±5%. The position requires establishing effective controls, supporting audit activities, and driving continuous process improvements.

What this job involves?
 

Invoice Payments & Billings

  • Lead the finance team for Australia, Singapore and North Asia market and any other assigned markets, providing direction and driving solutions for complex situations faced by the team in day-to-day finance operations.

  • Lead and review both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables to achieve corporate AP and AR KPI%.

  • Leading in continuous improvisation in AP and AR workflow to reduce gaps. Setting SOPs and/ or guidelines for the team as future workflow.

Client Reporting/Forecasting/Planning

  • Responsible in reviewing accruals of all cost categories for Australia, Singapore and North Asia market and any other assigned markets

  • Review Annual Budget preparation, Quarterly Forecast and monthly variances analysis with control variation of +/- 5% for quarter forecast.

  • Meeting all relevant assurance activities. Engage with stakeholders to resolve the query raised during audit checks.

  • Establish and monitor controls to mitigate non-compliant findings in finance process.

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all stakeholders.

Other responsibilities:
 

Data Management, Policies, Procedures and Audit Planning

  • Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions.

  • Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes.

  • Continuous improvement in process to ensure the contract has the most updated financial process.

People Management

  • Ensure all finance staff are well trained on the financial systems and are effectively able to extract data.

  • Excellent communicators to manage stakeholders and build relationship with clients internally and externally.

  • Financial competency at both a strategic & detailed level of operation

  • Client Management - Understanding client needs and setting and managing appropriate client expectations within system, project, or contract constraints all while providing exceptional and enhanced customer service. Demonstrated strength in client relationship management skills.

  • Self-motivated, objectives focused, confident and energetic.

  • Demonstrated initiative, autonomy and independence.

  • Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations at all levels.

Experience

  • Extensive work experience in the Finance Function across Singapore and any other relevant markets, preferably with regional experiences.

  • In-depth understanding of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principles/SOX

  • Workflow and process control implementations.

  • Business partnering and commercial finance experience.

Qualifications

  • MBA, Master or other Finance/Business qualification

  • Accountancy Qualification
