We are looking for a Regional Digital & Technology Leader to support digital transformation and technology adoption across Pizza Hut markets in Asia. As an established digital leader, you will influence stakeholders at all levels, translating strategy into practical execution that drives digital growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. This role spans consumer-facing platforms (eCommerce, CRM, loyalty, data and analytics) and restaurant technologies, working closely with market teams, franchisees, and global stakeholders to ensure technology delivers measurable business impact. Your goal will be to drive digital performance by ensuring the technology ecosystem works seamlessly for customers and restaurant teams, increasing adoption of brand platforms and standards, and supporting franchisees through data-driven Joint Business Plans

Regional Strategy & Market Support

  • Translate global digital and technology strategies into actionable market plans.
  • Support markets in prioritizing consumer and restaurant technology initiatives.
  • Act as a key liaison between global product teams and regional markets.
  • Drive alignment to technology standards while addressing local business needs.


Digital Growth & Customer Engagement (Primary Focus)

  • Partner with markets to grow digital sales and improve customer experience.
  • Guide CRM, loyalty, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Optimize eCommerce performance across owned and third-party channels.
  • Drive data-driven decision making through performance measurement and insights.


Platform Adoption & Enablement

  • Drive adoption and effective use of eCommerce, CRM, CDP, and analytics platforms.
  • Identify adoption gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Partner with global teams to enhance platform capabilities and resolve issues.

Technology Architecture & Integration

  • Guide markets on technology architecture, integration, and ecosystem design.
  • Support vendor selection, RFP processes, and solution evaluation.
  • Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, scalability requirements, and business objectives.

  

Vendor Selection & RFP Management

  • Advise markets and franchise partners on the selection of local technology vendors where global solutions are not available or suitable.
  • Support RFP processes, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and solution selection.
  • Ensure vendor solutions align with architecture standards, integration requirements, scalability needs, and brand standards.
  • Partner with markets to balance speed, cost, and long-term value when implementing solutions.

Capability Building

  • Build digital and technology capabilities within market teams through training, workshops, and ongoing support
  • Share best practices and successful use cases across markets
  • Simplify complex technology topics into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with market teams, franchise partners, and key stakeholders
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and practical recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams to ensure aligned and effective delivery

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Experience in digital and/or technology roles, ideally across multiple markets
  • Strong knowledge of consumer digital ecosystems (CRM, loyalty, eCommerce, analytics)
  •  Exposure to restaurant or retail technology environments (POS, in-store systems) is a plus
  •  Experience working with integrated technology ecosystems and understanding system dependencies
  •  Experience supporting vendor selection and participating in RFP or procurement processes
  •  Proven ability to drive adoption of technology platforms and deliver business impact
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical actions at market level
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
  • Japanese/Chinese language skills are a plus
