The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Corporate Communications Manager to join our Communications team on a full time basis.


Reporting to the Group Senior Corporate Communications Manager, core focus of the role is working with regional and functional leaders to understand key business priorities and act as a trusted communications business partner from concept to delivery.

Key accountabilities and performance indicators include:

Corporate Communications Management:

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of communication plans and related communications collateral. Manage relevant communications approval processes.
  • Lead by example, serving as a trusted communications expert, and assisting key internal stakeholders and business partners in delivering communication objectives.
  • Ensure company communication materials are clear and accessible for all stakeholders, across multiple geographies.
  • Identify proactive communication opportunities that support the company’s strategic priorities (external and internal) and enhances company culture (internal).
  • Actively manage and develop content in partnership with business owners for iNova corporate communication channels including website, intranet and social channels. Advise business on communication trends and best practice.
  • Maintain best practices, procedures, and tools for efficient communications. Continuously assess and address evolving communications priorities and commercial needs.
  • Act as a custodian of the iNova brand, ensure company-wide adherence to corporate brand guidelines.

Leadership Communications & Employee Engagement:

  • Collaborate with commercial and functional leaders to create compelling internal and external communications. Manage relevant communications approval processes.
  • Partner with Leaders and People & Culture team to build and deliver change communication plans to support effective organisational change initiatives.
  • Draft clear, concise, and effective messaging for various audiences, including creating talking points and presentations. Ensure content is aligned with style and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with People & Culture team to develop compelling content that supports iNova’s EVP and Employer Brand for internal platforms.
  • Oversee photography and videography as needed.
  • Support team members with communication administrative, technical, and procedural tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to ‘bring to life’ a concept and drive internal engagement.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced matrix environment in global environment, including attending some meetings across different time zones.
  • Appreciates the nuances of communicating to different audiences and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Identifies and cultivates important internal stakeholder relationships, addressing and resolving emerging challenges.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Word, PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Hands-on can-do attitude. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve the outcome.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree, ideally specialising in communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in health-related business and communications. Ideally has an understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment and its impact on communications.
  • Demonstrated success in employee communications and engagement.
  • Competence in developing, implementing, and measuring the success of communications plans.
  • Proactive relationship-building and collaboration with senior leaders.
