We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer team. This role will be based in Singapore office. This is a 18-month (Fixed-term employment) and its hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will act as the regional subject‑matter business partner for program and product initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring consistent delivery across all Asia markets. Own regional analysis, stakeholder alignment, UAT coordination, and post‑implementation validation to drive business outcomes.
We will count on you to:
- Requirements gathering
- Gather, document and validate business requirements from regional stakeholders and local markets.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process maps.
- Stakeholder management
- Build and maintain relationships with country leads, operations, placement teams and IT teams.
- Facilitate regular working sessions, steering updates and decision points; escalate issues that impacts timelines or scope.
- Testing & quality assurance
- Define UAT scenarios, coordinate test cycles, consolidate feedback and verify fixes.
- Track defects, ensure timely remediation and sign off on functional acceptance.
- Implementation & BAU transition
- Support rollout planning, training materials and cutover activities; coordinate go‑live readiness across markets.
- Ensure smooth handover to local BAU teams and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Change & adoption
- Drive user adoption through training, communications and post‑go‑live support; gather feedback for iterative enhancements.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, Economics or equivalent. Professional BA certification (e.g., IIBA CCBA/CBAP) is a plus.
- 3+ years business analysis or product/operations experience in insurance, healthcare or related financial services (regional exposure preferred).
- Strong process mapping and requirements-writing.
- Experience coordinating UAT and working with development teams (Agile/Scrum familiarity).
- Proven stakeholder management across multiple countries/cultures.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leadership.
- Independent, Detail oriented, pragmatic and able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
