About the Role

This role is responsible for leading and executing regional marketing strategies across Southeast Asia markets, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. The position focuses on driving user growth, brand awareness, and revenue performance through localized, data-driven marketing initiatives.

The role involves managing multi-country campaigns such as seasonal promotions, referral programs, and sales-focused activities while working closely with local business teams to support commercial growth. Acting as a key bridge between HQ and regional markets, the position ensures alignment in messaging, execution, and market adaptation across different countries.

The ideal candidate will have strong regional marketing experience, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to identify scalable growth opportunities in emerging Southeast Asian markets.

Job Description

  • Lead and implement regional marketing strategies across Southeast Asia markets (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand), supporting business objectives in user growth, brand visibility, and revenue acceleration.
  • Design and execute multi-country marketing campaigns – including seasonal promotions, referral programs, and agent-focused activities – tailored to regional market dynamics.
  • Closely collaborate with local sales and business teams to develop marketing programs that empower on-the-ground sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure all campaigns are market-appropriate and localized by working with local stakeholders in each country.
  • Serve as the central coordination point between HQ and Southeast Asian markets, ensuring aligned messaging, resources, and execution timelines.
  • Analyze campaign and growth metrics to optimize performance, improve conversion funnels, and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Launch test-and-learn initiatives across countries to identify scalable growth opportunities, especially in emerging markets like Vietnam and Thailand.
  • Align with cross-functional teams including product, design, compliance, and sales to deliver timely, impactful marketing solutions that support overall commercial success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in regional marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing across Southeast Asia markets
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand
  • Experience planning and executing multi-country marketing campaigns, including promotions, referral programs, and partnership/agent initiatives
  • Ability to localize marketing strategies and campaigns according to different market needs and customer behaviors
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams and HQ
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance, conversion funnels, and marketing ROI
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, growth strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and compliance teams
  • Experience within fintech, brokerage, trading, or financial services industries will be an added advantage
  • Chinese-speaking ability is preferred to support communication with regional stakeholders and business partners
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment
