  • Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates, communicate job opportunities and assess their interest and availability.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and interviewers, manage interview schedules, communicate interview details and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring candidate information and sourcing activities are accurately documented in the recruitment system.
  • Recruitment Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine search criteria and adjust sourcing strategies based on feedback and market conditions.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights into talent availability, relevant employers, candidate movements and sourcing challenges to support recruitment planning.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research or recruitment, preferably supporting technical or specialised positions.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques, online sourcing tools and candidate search platforms.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate job requirements into effective search strategies.
  • Ability to review candidate profiles critically and identify relevant experience beyond job titles and keywords.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage potential candidates and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Well-organised, resourceful and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing assignments and interview schedules concurrently.
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing recruitment priorities.
