Recruitment Services Lead

As a Recruitment Services Lead will administer the recruitment process, supporting Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire, and retain the best talent. This role involves managing a team of people services, developing best in class candidate and new hire onboarding experience, and collaborating with various people functions to meet the company's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop best in class candidate and new hire pre and onboarding experience.
• Manage and lead a team of people services, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs and develop the support plan.
• Administer the recruitment process, from job posting, interview scheduling, offer management to onboarding.
• Support the development, definition, tracking, monitoring, and publishing of performance metrics.
• Utilize tools and data to drive process improvements and automation.
• Efficient management of queries and escalations received in a timely and accurate manner with sense of urgency.
• Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance and work requirements.
• Extends support to the team in problem solving and doing root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment process, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• AI in Job Responsibilities:
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
  AI in Job Requirements:• Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role.
