Job Profile Summary:
Reporting to Recruitment Cluster Head to drive recruitment growth for the distribution force through working via the agency leaders for the end-to-end experienced hires acquisitions. Providing timely feedback and intel from the market to management for formulating effective strategies to the distribution force.
Job Description:
Drive recruitment & manpower growth through identified key performance indicators set by management
Provide support to Agency Leaders in areas of transition package offering, onboarding process and post RNF follow up.
Work closely with Agency Leaders in identifying quality Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers candidates.
Oversee the end-to-end systematic onboarding of new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers
Track the expected standards for new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers and ensure that they adhere to the standards to build performance and longevity in the career.

Working Experience:

Professional Qualifications:
CMFAS certification has advantage, not mandatory
Education:
Degree in Business or related fields of study
