Manage end-to-end recruitment for cybersecurity, data analytics and software engineering roles: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage offers and placements, and maintain talent pipelines and scholarship management.
We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of the team, you will help build our talent pipeline across cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud and software engineering. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement as well as the management of scholarships and internships.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment strategies and channels to support current and future workforce needs
- Assess applications and identify suitable candidates for diverse technical roles
- Develop remuneration packages and manage offers process for selected candidates
- Manage and engage candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment journey, from screening to final placement
- Analyse trends in the talent and workforce landscape to derive insights and identify opportunities to talent acquisition outcomes.
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
- Background in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Demonstrate a good understanding or keen interest in information technology and the technical skills required for our roles
- Ability to build positive relations and communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to draw insights from data
- Team player, with good planning ability and attention to detail
- Manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior agency and/or in-house end-to-end recruitment experience would be an advantage
- Candidates who do not meet all the job requirements may be considered based on individual merit
