We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Technology) with a strong background in recruitment, and a keen interest in the Web3 and Emerging Technology industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions within the company.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition through to offer negotiation and on-boarding for various roles within the organization, including specialized roles in technologies. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines.
  • Utilize CRM and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate databases, and generate reports on pipeline activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Web3 industry/ Emerging Technology developments, and talent acquisition best practices to help inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment agency (360 recruitment), with strong track records. 
  • Experience in recruiting for emerging technology sectors (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semi-conductor) 
  • Familiarity with emerging technology sectors, including developments and trends.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
