About The Role:
Join PicCollage as our Recruiting Manager and help shape the team behind our Creative AI products. You’ll be leading the recruiting strategy, guiding the recruiting team, and connecting with top talent in Taiwan and around the world

What You'll Do:

  • Define and lead the hiring strategy in alignment with team and company priorities and needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and adjust focus as priorities evolve.
  • Oversee recruitment activities across all channels.
  • Manage and grow the recruiting team’s impact and capabilities.
  • Use experience and data to guide hiring decisions and improve recruiting workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the startup and tech ecosystems.

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in software, digital, or related industries, especially for engineering and product roles.
  • Experience in managing a recruiting team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to work effectively and communicate across cultures.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (native or professional working proficiency).
  • Familiar with ATS (ex: Lever, Greenhouse) and project management tools (Notion, Clickup, Trello).

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Good eye for visual design and aesthetics — you appreciate great design and how it reflects brand and culture.
  • Comfortable using AI or LLM tools to improve recruiting workflows.

Notes:

  • This role is based in Taipei, Taiwan. We expect frequent in-person presence at the office and/or communities to collaborate and connect with team members and potential candidates. 
  • This role could be offered as a regular full-time position or a full-time contract position, depending on the outcome of the interview.
