  • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure new employees have a smooth, engaging start.

  • Support new-hire check-ins and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.

  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, employment changes, internal transfers, and departures.

  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee questions related to HR policies and processes.

  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and other operational projects as needed.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the Fractional HR leader to prioritize recruiting and people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  • Build trusted relationships with employees, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.

  • Handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Contribute to the development of consistent, scalable HR processes in a growing organization.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred), HRIS platforms, and standard productivity tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
