Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Establish and improve process condition and technology.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
- Establish and modify process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
- Abnormal analysis and improvement.
Qualified required in basic:
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Master's degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
- Priority will be given to candidates with relevant RDA experience
