Job Responsibilities :

The Associate RazerStore Evangelist (SEAHQ) brings the Razer experience to life at our SEAHQ store. They support the store lead in daily operations, serve as product experts, and deliver exceptional customer service. With a strong passion for gaming and tech, they also assist in running the RazerCafe and executing in-store events—energizing both customers and teammates alike.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

RazerStore

  • Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs through active listening, and offer tailored product recommendations.
  • Sales & Product Expertise: Drive sales by promoting relevant products and offers while demonstrating strong knowledge of Razer’s features and benefits.
  • Point-of-Sale & Service: Process transactions accurately and handle returns or concerns with professionalism in line with company policies.
  • Store Upkeep & Inventory: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store; support inventory receiving, stock counts, and restocking activities.

RazerCafe

Support the day-to-day running of the RazerCafe, including assisting with café service, maintaining hygiene standards, restocking supplies, and coordinating with third-party café partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.

In-Store Event

Assist in planning and executing in-store events such as product launches, community gatherings, livestreams, and tournaments. This includes event setup and teardown, guest assistance, coordination with marketing and store teams, and capturing customer feedback post-event.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the core requirements outlined below.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or as a store associate.
  • Passionate about gaming and working collaboratively in a team.
  • Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Flexible to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
  • Able to multitask while staying attentive and adaptable in a dynamic store setting.
