Job Description:

- Develop ATE test program, test hardware and bench evaluation board for analog, digital and power semiconductor devices.

- Research new test methodology for better test coverage and test time reduction.

- Work with multi-functional team to meet new product release schedule

- Proficiency in C++ Programming

- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
