The Scientist Internship is for individuals who strive to guide and influence technical project direction and solve significant technical problems by leveraging their scientific/engineering skills and the strong foundational understanding they develop over time through hands-on experimentation/Application.

You will have the opportunity to create advances in science, technology, engineering, and/or capability that result in new and/or improved products, packages, processes, materials, consumer insights, or methodologies.

The intern will work on real-life technical problems to deliver technical outputs which address critical innovation challenges and completion of key milestones.

Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing of a PhD degree program in the areas of Science, Engineering or IT related fields

  • You are a student graduating between Jan 2027 to Jul 2028. Able to commit to a full-time 6-months'  internship starting in Jan 2027.

  • Strong ownership & self-leadership skills to understand the business objective, local context and business landscape to deliver the required outcomes

  • Effective oral and written communication skills is a must

  • Able to work independently, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and uses data to connect multiple ideas and develop solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
