The QA Tester will perform various testing activities, troubleshoot issues, prepare documentation, and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibiities
- Perform test activities such as running tests, analysis and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform verification, functional testing, regression testing, defect verification, and smoke testing.
- Support product managers and engineers to investigate and find the root cause of a bug or issue.
- Prepare documentation and create daily testing reports for analysis
- Track status of issues and activities and ensure timely follow up.
- Work closely with engineering and software engineering teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- An ability to follow written instructions and work independently while being part of a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess basic IT skills such as accessing PC BIOS, navigate the file explorer and basic CMD knowledge.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
Qualifications / Education
- A minimum of a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any related disciplines.
