About the Role

The Purchasing / Planning Support Executive is responsible for supporting procurement and material planning operations to ensure smooth and reliable supply chain execution.

In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure materials are available at the right time to support production and business needs. This position reports to the Buyer / Supply Chain Manager and will help shape operational efficiency and scalability as Doodle Labs continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Support procurement activities including requesting quotations and issuing purchase orders
• Track and follow up on supplier deliveries to ensure timely material availability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, production, and sales teams
• Assist in material planning by monitoring work orders and coordinating material flow
• Maintain accurate inventory records through stock checks and reconciliation
• Track purchase orders and shipments, ensuring alignment with delivery schedules
• Maintain procurement and supplier data within ERP systems
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with procurement processes and documentation standards

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience in procurement coordination and inventory management
• Strong understanding of supply chain and material planning processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive and responsible mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Experience in hardware, electronics, or manufacturing environments
• Exposure to global supply chain operations
