KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Capture of Tech demands and conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements to identify the suitable products from the product catalog and engage the product owners on solutioning.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the supply chain domain within the alcohol and spirits industry, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, production, and distribution.
    • Provide functional and strategic support for the legacy JD Edwards platform, ensuring stability and process alignment during the transition period.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Tech Product teams, business operations, and external partners such as third-party logistics, customer EDI, B2G service providers —to ensure accurate mapping of business processes and requirements during the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to bridge knowledge gaps and ensure effective communication throughout the migration.
    • Participate in and support data migration, process harmonization, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Support change management activities including training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with deep knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne/World or similar ERP.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one SAP implementation or migration project, preferably in a consumer goods or alcohol/beverage environment
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA in a greenfield or brownfield implementation.
  • Exposure to supply chain analytics, performance KPIs, and reporting tools.

Functional & Leadership Competencies

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution/logistics.
  • Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
  • Experience working in regulated industries and knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the alcohol and spirits sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as AS2, REST APIs​
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) is a plus
