Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day program execution and production support across Asia, with a focus on Singapore and India operations. This role ensures effective coordination across cross-functional teams, supports customer commitments, and drives operational excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project and program management activities for regional operations

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing

  • Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets are met

  • Provide regular program updates, risk assessment, and mitigation plans

  • Support production ramp-up, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Act as a key interface between internal teams and customers for project-related activities

  • Drive standardization and best practices in project management execution

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

  • 10–15 years of experience in project/program management in ETO manufacturing or semicon/industrial environments

  • Strong experience in managing cross-regional or global teams

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
