Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Projects Manager to oversee the development and execution of our games.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • You will play a key role in bridging creative, technical, and business aspects to produce successful gaming experiences.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of our games, from concept to release and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with game designers, developers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor products, and player preferences to make informed development decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align production with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and player feedback analysis to drive continuous improvements.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
  • 4+ years of experience in game production or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering shipped games.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to balance project demands with creative essentials. You demand quality; creativity and fun while managing project resources and timelines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with RNG mechanics and game mathematics is a plus.
