Position overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated project manager to oversee and manage our autonomous vehicle related projects across different customers. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project delivery, strong customer alignment and efficient cross-functional coordination in the dynamic field of autonomous vehicles.

Role responsibilities

  • Project Delivery and Execution: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of autonomous vehicle projects for multiple customers, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation and milestones.

  • Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific project requirements and proactively manage stakeholder expectations. Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle and post-deployment and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Operations Management: Coordinate closely and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, operations, procurement and finance staff to ensure smooth execution. Drive internal alignment, organize key meetings, and ensure accountability across teams. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, project structures and communication flows. Oversee project resources, budgets, travel plans and timelines. Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance project efficiency and scalability. Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities post-deployment

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.

Required experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations or a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, especially in the autonomous vehicle industry or logistics (port, airport, railroad, warehouses).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer-facing experience

  • Leadership abilities and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of autonomous vehicle technology and industry trends.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong discipline in adhering to project timelines, plans, and budgets, with a consistent track record of delivering as committed
