About the Role

  • Lead and manage the project teams by assigning duties and responsibilities to appropriate team members.

  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to project team members to strengthen their abilities.

  • Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk for projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and close out.

  • Deal directly with clients to define project requirements then prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control and risk identification.

  • Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.

  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution through problem-solving and adaptability

  • Perform any related duties as required and directed.

  • Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.

About You:

  • Degree / Diploma in Project Management or equivalent

  • 2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / Project Management

  • Knowledge in project management in the facilities industry

  • Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
