About the Role
Lead and manage the project teams by assigning duties and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
Provide guidance, training, and coaching to project team members to strengthen their abilities.
Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk for projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and close out.
Deal directly with clients to define project requirements then prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control and risk identification.
Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution through problem-solving and adaptability
Perform any related duties as required and directed.
Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
About You:
Degree / Diploma in Project Management or equivalent
2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / Project Management
Knowledge in project management in the facilities industry
Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
