Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project implementation and be involved in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Understand business needs and translate them into requirements specifications/user stories
  • Conduct user requirement analysis for the development/implementation of new systems and enhancements, including involvement in system integration testing.
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
  • Manage project planning and execution
  • Liaise closely with business users/ clients/ stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
  • Manage a team by monitoring work progress, ensuring project requirements are met, and providing guidance and coaching to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT/ Consulting industry, preferably with business analysis or project management related roles
  • Experience working on web application projects will be advantageous
  • Experience working on Adobe or CRM software will be advantageous
  • Be familiar with agile methodology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, business users, vendors, and team members.
  • Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly
