SimplifyNext is a fast-growing consulting and technology firm founded by veterans from top-tier consulting companies, focused on AI, Automation, and Application Platforms. Our mission is to drive business transformation across industries by combining strategic insight with deep technical expertise.

We work with leading enterprises and public sector organisations across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region to design, build, and operate scalable digital and automation platforms — delivering impactful transformations for global and local organisations alike.

Built as an agile practice, we mentor and grow the next generation of consulting and technology experts. We invest heavily in structured training and enablement programmes that help our teams expand across Intelligent Automation, Test Automation, AI-powered workflows, and Agentic AI solutions.

Recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in Singapore and Asia Pacific, SimplifyNext is positioned as one of the most credible and ambitious digital transformation teams in the region.

You don't just track plans. You make things happen.

Projects at SimplifyNext move fast and span complex stakeholder landscapes - clients, vendors, internal delivery teams, and leadership. As Project Manager, you're the person who holds it all together. You set the pace, manage the ambiguity, and make sure every moving part lands on time and on target.

This isn't a coordination-only role. You'll be expected to challenge timelines, flag risks early, and have direct conversations with client stakeholders when things need to shift. You bring structure without bureaucracy, and you know when to escalate and when to just fix it.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end delivery

  • Lead full project lifecycle from kick-off through go-live and handover
  • Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to quality

 Drive Agile ways of working

  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Work with BAs and Solution Architects to prioritise backlogs and manage iteration cycles
  • Adapt planning approaches to suit client maturity — from full Scrum to hybrid delivery models

 Manage risks and dependencies

  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and blockers
  • Manage cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies
  • Escalate effectively — to the right person, at the right time, with context

 Engage and align stakeholders

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client project leads and sponsors
  • Communicate project status, decisions, and risks clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project reviews

Govern and report

  • Maintain project documentation: plans, RAID logs, status reports, and change requests
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, security standards, and QA processes
  • Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
What You'll Bring

Must-Have

  • 5–8 years of project management experience, ideally in a consulting or technology services environment
  • Hands-on experience running Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery)
  • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable dealing with client project leads, sponsors, and technical teams
  • Proven ability to manage project financials, scope changes, and resource allocation
  • Experience delivering software or digital transformation projects end-to-end
  • Project management certification (PMP, CITPM, COMIT, or equivalent)

Good to Have

  • Exposure to automation, AI, or low code platform projects (UiPath, ServiceNow, OutSystems, etc.)
  • Experience working in ASEAN public sector or enterprise environments
  • Background in quality management, audit, or portfolio management
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
  • Experience managing multi-vendor delivery teams
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

This role is probably not for you if…

  • You're more comfortable updating status trackers than having difficult conversations with clients
  • You need a fully defined brief before you can get started
  • You treat Agile as a process to follow, not a mindset to apply
  • You've only worked in waterfall environments and aren't willing to adapt
  • You prefer working behind the scenes and want to avoid stakeholder-facing responsibilities
