Job Description
You will provide project management execution in ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Manufacturing Strategy Organisation (MS&E), in partnership with multiple Teams Leaders of Rockwell Automation.
As Project Manager in MS&E, you are responsible for projects through all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, business case evaluation & approval, execution, release and closing.
Scope of projects include business cases development and projects execution of multiple manufacturing footprint projects (NPI manufacturing site determination, manufacturing line transfers/ duplications, manufacturing sites expansions/ downsizing/ startups, insourcing/outsourcing).
As a member of MS&E Organisation you will be part of High-Performance Team, who build Resilient Future and support delivery of Performance in Rockwell Automation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage projects of varying size simultaneously
Establish project scope, goals and deliverables
Develop partners' matrix, manage communications and ensure engagement
Lead & diverse project team, delegate tasks
Develop and monitor project schedules mindful of programme milestones
Accomplish and monitor project budget following business case and priorities
Be a primary business interface with other Rockwell Automation functions and external parties, if applicable
Develop & review project metrics and lead appropriate actions
Determine & apply project management and scheduling techniques following Rockwell Automation requirements
May lead internal process improvement efforts

Education
Bachelor's in Engineering.
Master's in engineering, further education in business administration, operations or project management is a plus.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
Minimum 10 years of experience manufacturing operations or manufacturing engineering is an advantage
Experience writing complex macros for Excel
PMI Project Management training or equivalent is desirable
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Track of Project Manager Competency Profile development plan
Fluent in English
Travel Requirement:
Depend on the project scope.
During project initiation phase, less than 10%. During execution in another location, more than 25%.
