About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will also be responsible for the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, from sourcing and contract negotiation to financial oversight and cost optimization for Technology related spend. The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with excellent project management and sourcing capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize existing processes. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend qualified vendors for Technology related services.
  • Manage the end-to-end sourcing process including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service delivery.
  • Support budgeting and cost analysis related to vendor services and process initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies that could drive operational improvements.
  • Take on additional projects and assignments as needed to support departmental or organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience in process improvement, operations, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with engineering and/or product development teams
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proven experience in sourcing and managing technical or engineering vendors.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar).
Preferred Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement.
  • Experience in managing vendor contracts across multiple categories (IT, marketing, logistics, etc.) are a plus
  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and contract law.
