About the team
Our team supports the business operations of SDC. We are responsible for planning, communication, risk management and project management of initiatives in areas of talent management, employee experience, tech community building, ecosystem development and programs that demonstrate and showcase PayPal’s industry thought leadership. We are a lean but formidable squad who loves crazy ideas, solving complex problems and going above and beyond for our stakeholders!
Your way to impact
As a non-tech project manager, you will drive initiatives and projects to achieve our strategic outcomes. You will partner closely with the local leadership team, stakeholders and technology colleagues to deliver a superb experience for our employees and customers.
Your day to day

Prepare project plans, drive execution & delivery
Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues.
Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the projects are on track, document accurate status of projects
Create presentations, creatives and related content
Organize events for employees and/or external stakeholders
Facilitate idea brainstorming of new experiences for stakeholders
