Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage all phases of a project, including design coordination, procurement, construction management, final handover and close out.

  • Cost and Budget Control: Track expenditures, control costs, and ensure projects close on time and within financial limits

  • Time Management: Establish detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures, monitoring actual progress against agreed schedules

  • Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal facilities or regional planning teams.

  • Risk and Quality Management: Identify potential project delays or cost risks, implement risk mitigation plans, and enforce quality control standards

  • Reporting and Documentation: Produce detailed monthly progress reports covering safety, environment, budgets, and milestones, while ensuring complete project documentation like drawings and handover certificates.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree majoring Project Management and Infrastructure / Building related

  • 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Personal Attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, taking ownership on the task assigned.

  • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
