- Project Manager with hands-on experience in Workday Implementation
- Strong experience in banking environment
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Workday, and a passion for delivering high-impact projects in a regulated industry.
- Lead end-to-end project management of Workday implementations, upgrades, or enhancements across HR, Finance, or Payroll modules.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and third-party vendors
