Leads software-centric UTM/ATM projects from requirements definition through delivery and deployment. Acts as the primary project and customer interface, aligns solutions with product architecture and roadmaps, manages requirements, risks, opportunities, stakeholder expectations, progress reporting, and peer reviews. The role supports bids and project capture while coordinating diverse international stakeholders in a multicultural environment and applying product-driven, cloud-based SaaS, Lean, and Agile engineering practices.

- Support capture, bid and project team to understand the context and customer needs and defines the initial needs baseline;
- Acts as the primary leader of the project team.
- Acts as lead interface with the Customer as regards Solution architecture, design and performance
- Reports on the project progress, internally and externally
- Alerts in a timely manner the Management as needed.
More precisely in the context of the project:
- Understand and translate customer needs and orient solution to comply with the product architecture and roadmap,
- Master project requirements,
- Ensure interface with customer until delivery and deployment
- Identifies and reviews the risks and opportunities and the related mitigation plans throughout the project
- Organises when appropriate meetings and peer reviews in order to perform against the risks identified
Requirement:
- 5+ years experience in similar positions on projects delivering software-centric systems.
- Good experience in the UTM (Unmanned Traffic Management) or ATM (Air Traffic Management) Domain and knowledge of relative standards
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders with different objectives
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and with international customers
- Experience in Product driven model, Product Line Engineering and Lean/Agile Engineering
- SaaS and Cloud based solution
