We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to bring structure, coordination, and executional excellence to our supply chain transformation team. This role will manage complex planning related projects, ensuring smooth execution and driving effective project management practices. By utilizing standardized methodologies, frameworks, and tools, you will help deliver critical projects that support our broader transformation strategy.

Project Management & Execution:

Deploy a structured project management approach

Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities and dependencies.

Develop and maintain project documentation.

Monitor and report on project progress.

Facilitate project meetings.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams across time zones
-
Engage with stakeholders for updates and feedback.

Foster collaboration to enhance decision-making.
Process Improvement & Change Management:

Identify opportunities to improve project management processes.
-
Support change management efforts.
-
Document best practices and lessons learned.

Promote a culture of innovation & operational excellence.
What You Bring:

Multiple years of professional experience in project management.

Experience gained in global, matrix organizations leading cross boundary projects.

Experience in project management, preferably in Digital Transformation in Supply Chain Planning or a related field.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

Ability to continuously balance priorities, influence without authority to ensure the project keeps pace.

Experience in managing Change, Communications, Training, and Adoption of Digital Planning processes and solutions like o9, SAP, JDA, and Kinaxis is a plus.
