Translate site needs and deployment issues into clear Agile user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Maintain traceability between field issues, engineering actions, and sprint deliverables.

Partner closely with the Program Manager to align project timelines, priorities, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure materials readiness, delivery schedules, and vendor coordination remain on track.
Support engineering teams in system integration, test planning, and execution of site-specific configurations.
Maintain documentation including deployment procedures, site checklists, risk logs, test reports, and post-deployment summaries.

Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and supporting Agile execution.
Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and visual — with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability and willingness to travel to pilot sites (10–20%, depending on project phase).
Experience in EV charging, power electronics, renewable energy, industrial power, or utilities.
