The Role:

The Project Manager works closely with both internal and client Producer, as well as our Studio to create and execute required localized content, including reviewing content for cultural viability in Southeast Asia region. The Project Manager coordinates with various teams as well as third party vendors to execute project deliverables. This maternity cover role will be from September 2025 to February 2026.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with Hogarth teams to ensure work is briefed in accurately
  • Analyse tickets and identify localisation requirements / WW deadline / live date and indicate additional instructions on the ticket
  • Upload assets into the appropriate project folder
  • Coordinate with internal teams on ticket specifications and provide clarification if required
  • Discuss with Client Producer and Hogarth Producer the weekly status of projects noting down milestones (Loc, Int, ISV dates) and flag any potential delays
  • Coordinate with Hogarth Project Managers for project requirements and resource availability, assigning tasks to required based on the timeline
  • Plan resources needed based on workload, coordinating with translator, creative director and editor resources after confirmation of availability from Transcreation account manager
  • Create and manage accounts for any new resource
  • Propose a cost estimate based on scope provided by Hogarth Producer for quarterly production costs and retainers as well as scope gathered from tickets raised.
  • Work with the finance team to track and reconcile estimated work and actual work produced on a weekly basis
  • Maintain a matrix listing down deliverables and number of projects done in a month based on project name and budget usage
  • Create project trackers and ensure timesheets are filled in commensurate to the amount of work done 
  • Work with the finance team to track and reconcile estimated work based on the timesheets generated by the resources (ED, CD, Dev, QA, etc)
  • Issue monthly invoices based on the approved reconciled figures for retainer and project deliverables

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in project management and/or account manager working on graphic production/photo producing projects 
  • Flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop
  • Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including web site builds, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing
  • Accuracy, excellent memory and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, creative, and production environment. Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 9:00-17:30 framework and occasionally on weekends 
  • Understanding of the SEA markets
