CONNECTIVITY PRODUCT MANAGER - APAC
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


The Connectivity Product Manager for APAC will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of connectivity solutions for commercial laundry equipment. This includes presales support, technical consultation, order placement, installation coordination, and after-sales service. The role focuses on enabling Wi-Fi and cloud connectivity, IoT integration, and payment systems for coin-operated laundries across the region


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Presales & Quotation Support
  • Act as the technical expert during the inquiry stage, providing accurate specifications and solution recommendations.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Conduct site surveys and advise on connectivity requirements for laundry equipment.
Order & Project Coordination
  • Ensure correct configuration and compatibility of connectivity solutions for each order.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to guarantee timely delivery and installation readiness.
Installation & Activation
  • Support installation teams with technical guidance for connecting equipment to Wi-Fi, cloud platforms, and payment systems.
  • Validate system functionality and ensure successful activation of connectivity features.
Post-Sales Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Provide training and onboarding for customers on digital services and payment systems.
  • Gather feedback to improve product performance and customer experience.
Business Development & Strategy
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align APAC connectivity strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Identify market trends and customer pain points to propose new features and services.
  • Support development of business cases for connectivity solutions and digital services.
Qualifications

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IoT, connectivity solutions, or technology service management (preferably in laundry or similar industries).
  • Strong technical understanding of Wi-Fi, cloud platforms, and payment integration systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Project management experience with ability to handle multiple installations across APAC.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within APAC (up to 30%).
